All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. 7cgame does not apply currency conversion charges. Any conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside 7cgame's control and are the Player's responsibility.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 7cgame reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive Accounts following written notice to the registered contact details. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing the required reactivation steps.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 7cgame are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional-specific term and these General Terms, the promotional-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to registering multiple Accounts to claim offers more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple Accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of arbitrage — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period stated at the time of the offer will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
A bet is considered accepted and final once 7cgame's system has confirmed the bet and a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player. Bets placed using funds that were subsequently reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent will be voided.
All bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the applicable governing body. 7cgame reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is subject to appeal, review, or dispute by the relevant authority. Settled bets will not be reopened except where a manifest error in settlement is identified within 72 hours of the original settlement.
7cgame reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under terms that were the result of a manifest technical or human error, including but not limited to odds that were clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors may have their Accounts suspended.
7cgame may apply maximum payout limits to specific markets, game types, or individual bets. Where applicable, maximum payout limits will be stated on the relevant market or game page. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid at the maximum limit only.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7cgame and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:
